Counselling in Tunbridge Wells, close to The Pantiles
In-person counselling for adults, with online sessions also available.

If you are looking for counselling in Tunbridge Wells, I offer a calm, confidential space where we can begin to make sense of what feels difficult.

You may be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to cope with something that has happened outside your control. You do not need to arrive with everything neatly explained. We can begin with whatever feels most present.

I’m Dani, a qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor, registered member of the BACP (MBACP), and certified Life Coach.

About my approach

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of approaches to suit each person I work with. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all, so I adapt my style depending on your needs, whether that’s space to reflect, support through something difficult, or help making sense of things. At the heart of it, I offer a calm, steady relationship where you can feel heard, understood, and met where you are.

If you're thinking about counselling but aren't quite sure yet, you're welcome to arrange a call. You can ask questions and share what’s bringing you to counselling. There’s no pressure or obligation.

How counselling begins

Sandy Tidal Flats

1

Get in touch

You can begin by filling in my enquiry form or sending me a message. You only need to share as much as feels comfortable at this stage. It can be helpful to let me know a little about what is bringing you to counselling now, and whether you are looking for sessions in person in Tunbridge Wells or online.

Your enquiry will be treated sensitively and confidentially.

2

Finding a time

I will reply to your enquiry and, if it feels helpful, we can arrange a free 20-minute introductory phone call. This gives you a chance to ask any questions, share a little more about what you’re hoping for, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

If we decide to book a first session, I may send you a short form to complete so I have the contact details and information I need to work with you safely.

3

Your first session

Our first session gives us time to begin understanding what has brought you to counselling and what support you may need. I will ask some questions about your current situation, your support network, and anything important for me to know before we begin working together.

We will also go through the practical side of therapy, including confidentiality, cancellations, fees, boundaries and how we will work together. These details will be included in a counselling agreement, so we both have a clear and shared understanding from the start.
