Refund Policy

At The Counselling Studio, I aim to provide a consistent and professional service. Please read the following information before booking.

1. Counselling Sessions

Session fees are payable in advance.

​

Cancellations by client:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.

Cancellations by practitioner:
If a session cannot go ahead due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

• a rescheduled session, or

• a full refund

2. Workshops (if applicable)

Workshop fees are confirmed individually and are non-refundable once booked.

If a workshop is cancelled by the practitioner, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

3. Payment Method

Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.
