At The Counselling Studio, we aim to provide high-quality counselling and workshop experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.
1. Counselling Sessions

Session fees are payable in advance.

Cancellations by Client: Please provide at least 24/48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice or missed without notice are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Practitioner: If a session cannot take place due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

A rescheduled session, or

A full refund for the session fee.

2. Workshops

Workshop fees are confirmed individually and are non-refundable once booked.

If a workshop is cancelled by the practitioner, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Payment Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Changes to Policy
