Refund Policy

At The Counselling Studio, we aim to provide high-quality counselling and workshop experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Counselling Sessions

  • Session fees are payable in advance.

  • Cancellations by Client: Please provide at least 24/48 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice or missed without notice are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations by Practitioner: If a session cannot take place due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

    • A rescheduled session, or

    • A full refund for the session fee.

2. Workshops

  • Workshop fees are confirmed individually and are non-refundable once booked.

  • If a workshop is cancelled by the practitioner, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Payment Method

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Changes to Policy

  • We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

  • Any updates will be posted on this page.
