Who I work with
I welcome all clients, whatever your background or area of work, and offer a space to explore what feels most important to you. Adults and young people often come to me feeling overwhelmed or stuck, unsure how to move forward.
I work with adults experiencing common mental health difficulties, and I have particular experience supporting people navigating the pressures of caring roles, performance-based work, and living with long-term health conditions.
Through our work together, clients often feel calmer, more grounded, and more able to understand themselves, ask for support, and regain a sense of control in their lives.
