THE COUNSELLING STUDIO
S p a c e f o r y o u r v o i c e
About my approach
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on different therapeutic approaches to suit the person I’m with. There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to therapy, your needs, your pace and your story are unique. I adapt my way of working depending on what feels most helpful for you, whether that’s offering a quiet space to reflect, walking alongside you through something painful, or helping you make sense of the threads in your life.
What stays the same is the relationship at the heart of our work. I offer a calm, steady, and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood, a place where you can be fully yourself without judgement.

The sessions
Our sessions are a space to explore what’s on your mind and what often goes unspoken.
I would use these words to describe what happens;
Sharing. Listening. Reflecting.
Together we notice patterns and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. I also offer practical tools and approaches to help you work with these insights in ways that feel meaningful and useful.
Because I work integratively, I may draw on aspects of humanistic, psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches, as well as creative or coaching techniques if they feel useful. We’ll work together to find what feels right for you, and you’ll always have space to feed back about what’s helping (and what’s not).
The Space
I work in a private, dedicated counselling space in Tunbridge Wells, as well as online via secure video call or via telephone. Whether you join me in person or online, my aim is to make our sessions safe, welcoming, and focused on your needs.
If you’re curious about counselling or coaching but not quite ready to commit, I offer a free, no-obligation consultation. This gives you the chance to ask questions, share a little about what’s bringing you here, and get a feel for how we might work together.
